The Mexico Business Insights team serves as a strategic partner to the Mexico leadership team, transforming data into actionable insights that drive business performance and support key decision-making. We collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, and regional stakeholders to identify opportunities, solve complex business challenges, and deliver analytical solutions that create measurable impact.
• 3+ years in Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or related fields.
• Strong expertise in data visualization and reporting tools such as Power BI, MicroStrategy, Tableau, or similar platforms.
• Advanced knowledge of SQL and experience working with large and complex datasets. Experience with Python or R is preferred.
• Proven ability to translate complex business questions into actionable insights and recommendations for senior leadership.
• Experience partnering directly with cross-functional stakeholders, including Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations and Corporate Teams.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to understand the unique dynamics of the Mexico market, including distributor behavior, promotions, field initiatives, and business performance drivers.
• Ability to lead analytical projects from problem definition through recommendation and executive-level presentation.
• Experience supporting forecasting, business reviews, performance management, and strategic planning processes.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high attention to detail and accuracy.
