Position Summary Statement:
The Marketing/Creative Services Project Manager works as a direct liaison with North America, to ensure projects are delivered on-time and within budget. The primary responsibilities are to manage project details from beginning to end, taking full ownership, managing overall coordination, implementation, and execution as well as ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments and goals.
The Marketing/Creative Services Project Manager is a resourceful, highly organized and proactive leader who will manage expectations, coordinate inputs from cross-functional teams, and will ensure marketing, creative and translations projects are completed.
Detailed Responsibilities:
- Build and Maintain positive relationships by supporting stakeholders’ needs, route approvals, and manage both, creative resources and stakeholders on track to ensure timelines are met.
- Plan, budget, oversee and document all aspects of the specific program or project.
- Define, prioritize and drive multiple concurrent project tasks and milestones within necessary timing
- Collect stakeholder feedback and track areas of opportunity for potential process improvements and work with management to refine and meet the needs of a growing department including the creation of tools and templates to facilitate briefing, timeline development, creative reviews and approvals.
- Identify, drive, and track resolution of issues and risks.
- Prepare and deliver weekly and monthly reports to track project progress and results (postmortem reports).
- Exhibit flexibility and creativity to fine tune timelines to project needs.
- Elevate risks to meet deadlines and secure senior management approvals to move forward.
- Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential challenges, and devise contingency plans.
- Regularly share project timelines and report key summaries to the director and all stakeholders.
- Lead cross-functional team meetings and conduct timely follow-ups to track project deliverables.
