Position Summary Statement:
The Creative Manager will be responsible for providing creative direction to the NAM Designers. He will have direct contact with the NAM team to ensure a high-quality customer service is delivered. He will also be in charge of distributing the workloads among the team members and making sure work is delivered on time and correctly. This person will bring best practices within the industry to drive the Herbalife Nutrition brand in collaboration with the team of designers and under the supervision or direction of the Creative Services Manager.
Detailed Responsibilities:
- Provide creative direction in the execution of various materials for different clients such as print, web, video, and environmental branding design items.
- Assign multiple projects to the designers and set-up appropriate timeframes to work on these projects.
- Ensure the Herbalife brand is followed across all touch points.
- Collaborate and conceptualize ideas with writers, designers, and staff across multiple departments and functions.
- Elevate the creative level of the team and become an inspiration and a strong role model for the team.
- Stay updated in terms of content, branding and style guides in order to provide proper direction to the team.
- Bring industry best practices into the department, and to the various regions and locales.
- Partner closely with Creative Manager to carry out the creative vision, and understand the strategies and goals set by the the project managers
- Provide art direction or design direction, as needed on projects within other sub teams.
- Drive the Herbalife brand across all design vehicles--packaging, advertising, facilities branding, brand style guides, and other requests.
- Responsible for ensuring deadlines are always met and keeping clear communication with Project Managers and managing expectations.
