Position Summary Statement:
The Marketing Program Manager is responsible for a group of project managers and analysts to ensure that client projects are successfully accomplished from start to finish, including implementing processes to ensure excellence in execution. He/she partners with team leaders to develop strategies for the agency’s global new business growth. Mentors and supervises direct reports across tenure building strong teams and conducting performance reviews.
This role should bring value to our clients by analyzing, solving, and presenting viable integrated solutions to client problems. This role identifies and inspire new work streams and solutions that lead to client growth by collaborating with Sr. Manager and drawing on the expertise of the agency’s vast resources and capabilities.
She/he must be a valued advisor and partner to brand managers and marketing/category directors, as well as agency leaders at similar levels. This candidate should also be an exceptional leader of teams who inspires others to act courageously.
The primary responsibilities of this position are to build boundaries with our key stakeholders, create workflow process per stakeholder from scratch, guarantee best quality in project management team projects, guide project managers in implementing standardized tools and way of work, and guide and provide strategy input to project managers to manage high complexity marketing projects.
Detailed Responsibilities:
- Lead project management team for NAM, Digital Office and EA region: training and development, as well as oversight of projects and division of responsibilities in a timely fashion
- Create end to end workflows for EA and Digital Office stakeholders in order to guarantee cost efficiency in their projects.
Supervise new campaign explorations and other high impact creative projects/initiatives as presented - Plan, budget, oversee and document all aspects of a specific program/project.
- Define, prioritize and drive multiple concurrent project tasks and milestones in a timely fashion
- Collect stakeholders’ feedback and track areas of opportunity for potential areas of improvement that can ensure their satisfaction.
- Lead creative portfolios from +$1.5M income impact.
- Core participation in and management of strategic discussions/thinking/creative briefings
- Drive stakeholders’ long term project planning in conjunction with the Marketing Operations Sr. Manager and Director.
- Attendance at relevant Client meetings/presentations with key executives.
- Manage and attend relevant internal meetings (e.g.: creative reviews, client management status meetings)
- Work as the direct representative of GBS with NAM region for executive meetings/presentations
- Manage NAM, Digital Office and EA business partner reports communicating current utilization of the agency’s resources and capacity levels, project status, business specific backlog and project details.
- Responsible for developing strategies to achieve the agency's profitability objectives through NAM , EA and Digital Office account.
- Participate in new business meeting proposing new projects/tools for business growth proposals.
- Responsible for managing the agency's budget and reconciling monthly reports with FP&A.
- Responsible for the creation of KPI’s and internal reports for decision making.
- Oversee and manage the project manager team’s workload.
- Have constant communication with stakeholders in order to track areas of opportunity for potential areas of improvement that can ensure their satisfaction.
- Work with global stakeholders to define best campaign assets creation in order to generate a high impact result with their campaigns.
- Create standardization formats and processes in order to keep projects development equal between
project managers. - Guide project management specialists in conducting timely follow-ups to track project deliverables from creative team.
