The Employee Technology Experience Engineer I supports the technical operations and reliability of Herbalife’s endpoint environment. This role works with tools like Microsoft Intune, Jamf Pro, and other enterprise platforms to ensure devices across Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android are configured properly, compliant, and running efficiently. The engineer contributes to troubleshooting deployment issues, maintaining system configurations, and supporting global standards for employee technology.

SKILLS AND BACKGROUND REQUIRED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:
• 3+ years of experience in IT support, endpoint management, or a related technical role.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune and/or Jamf Pro, including DEP/VPP integrations
• Basic scripting knowledge (e.g., PowerShell, Bash).
• Experience with Microsoft 365 applications and cloud identity services (e.g., Azure AD).
• Willingness to learn and work collaboratively within a global team.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
Education
• Bachelor’s degree in a technology-related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• Foundational experience supporting or managing endpoint systems in an enterprise environment.
