THE ROLE:

The WW MPC Compliance Education Coordinator is responsible for developing and managing global compliance training programs that align with organizational goals and regulatory standards. This role ensures that educational content is accurate, accessible, and effectively delivered across regions, using digital tools and modern learning strategies.

Working closely with legal and regional teams, the coordinator supports consistent training implementation while adapting to local needs. They monitor program effectiveness, analyze feedback, and drive continuous improvement to strengthen compliance awareness.


HOW YOU WOULD CONTRIBUTE:

Learning and Development
•    Create and implement a global compliance education strategy that ensures employees across all regions understand key regulations and internal policies. This strategy should support a consistent compliance culture while allowing flexibility for regional needs.
•    Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop engaging, easy-to-understand, and regularly updated training materials. These should be tailored to different learning preferences and cultural contexts to maximize relevance and retention.
•    Utilize digital learning platforms and tools to deliver training that is accessible, scalable, and interactive. This includes integrating with learning management systems and using multimedia formats to enhance user engagement.

Certification Programs
•    Create and manage structured compliance training programs that address both global and regional requirements. Ensure these programs include certification or completion tracking to support accountability and audit readiness.

Stakeholder Collaboration
•    Act as the central point of contact for regional and departmental teams, offering strategic guidance, troubleshooting support, and resources to help them implement compliance training effectively and consistently.
•    Work closely with legal, HR, and operational teams to ensure training content reflects current policies, regulatory updates, and organizational values. This collaboration helps maintain alignment and reduces compliance risks.

Innovation and Continuous Improvement
•    Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs. Use feedback, participation data, and performance metrics to identify gaps and recommend improvements.
•    Continuously explore and adopt new technologies, tools, and instructional methods to improve training delivery. Stay current with learning trends and compliance challenges to keep programs fresh, relevant, and impactful.

Regional responsibilities may vary and can include the following activities:  
•    Travel may be required to attend strategic meetings, enabling direct collaboration, decision-making, and alignment on key business initiatives and/or to attend distributor conferences and serve as a trainer or spokesperson, ensuring effective communication and engagement with key stakeholders.

Job Qualifications

SKILLS AND BACKGROUND REQUIRED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:

 

Education: 
•    High school diploma or GED equivalent. 
•    Bachelor’s degree in education, Compliance, Business Management, or a related field.
•    Or equivalent to a minimum 3-5 years of experience in learning and development, compliance education, or instructional design

 

Experience:  
•    Organizing and prioritizing workload efficiently managing multiple tasks, ensuring timely completion with minimal supervision.
•    Experience as a Senior Compliance Advisor, skilled in handling complex MPC-related files and navigating regulatory requirements. (Internal only)
•    Deep Herbalife knowledge, with expertise in Herbalife’s rules and Sales & Marketing Plan, driving compliance and business objectives. (Internal only)
•    Ability to mentor staff, exhibiting strong leadership in coordinating team workload, delivering effective presentations, and supporting professional development.
