THE ROLE: The Digital Content & SEO Analyst III, AMER supports the alignment and execution of global content initiatives within AMER. Working closely with Global Marketing, Regional Marketing, and local markets, this role ensures content requests and workflows are executed accurately, efficiently, and in line with Herbalife’s standards.
HOW YOU WOULD CONTRIBUTE:
• Support the intake and triage of Workfront requests, coordinating with stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate completion.
• Attend regional kickoff calls, taking notes, collecting requirements, and providing follow-up on content deliverables.
• Assist in coordinating with markets on global and regional projects, including legal reviews, GRA processes, and translation workflows.
• Provide guidance to markets on content workflows, request submissions, and Global Marketing best practices.
• Train local and regional teams on copy deck completion, workflow submission, and content authoring basics.
• Partner with SEO team and markets to validate and optimize content for search visibility and compliance with best practices.
• Conduct regional audits of Herbalife.com (e.g., Wellness Resources, Recipes, Press Releases) to ensure content accuracy and consistency.
• Contribute to AEM clean-up and ongoing content optimization efforts.

SKILLS AND BACKGROUND REQUIRED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:
• Minimum 5 years of experience in content operations, digital marketing, or business analysis within a digital environment.
• Working knowledge of content management systems (Adobe Experience Manager preferred) and digital workflow tools (Workfront) is beneficial.
• Familiarity with SEO principles and content optimization practices.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with stakeholders across markets.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and process consistency
Education
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
