POSITION SUMMARY STATEMENT:
This position will be responsible for performing detailed analysis, calculations and automating compensation adjustment processes that impact earnings and commissions within the multilevel compensation utilizing the Herbalife Marketing Plan, Rules of Conduct, and specific regulations per market with a strong focus on the P2C products and membership. This role combines analytical, technical, and business skills to ensure payout accuracy, detect anomalies, and develop pre-calculation tools to estimate the impact of returns, cancellations, refunds, or penalties on royalties, bonuses, and commissions.
The position operates in a global environment, collaborating with international teams and adhering to country-specific regulations. It is highly audited by both internal and external auditors, requiring strict attention to data traceability, regulatory compliance, and accurate documentation of all transactions.
DETAILED RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES:
1. Collaborate with global Finance, Compliance, and Technology teams in the definition of BRDs, UATs, and implementation of information integration into our HDMS and MCS systems, as well as in the calculation of earnings from P2C products and memberships.
2. Analyze and calculate the impact of returns, cancellations, refunds, or penalties on P2C-related distributor earnings—including commissions, royalties, and production bonuses—across all hierarchical levels, and develop pre-calculation tools to estimate these effects within designated timeframes.
3. Reconcile data across multiple systems to validate commission calculations, detect discrepancies and maintain accurate and complete records in P2C project (research, communication, etc.)
4. Generate detailed adjustment reports, clearly explaining the impact at each level of the compensation network.
5. Document information requests transactions to ensure proper approval signatures and supporting evidence to guarantee compliance with internal policies and global regulations.
6. Keep informed and stay current with Herbalife Marketing Plan and P2C piece, rules, policies and processes.
7. Develop and implement a communication method to inform relevant stakeholders—including the IR initiating office, auditors, local offices, distributors, supervisors, teams—about P2C adjustments affecting earnings, supervisor qualifications, matching volumes, or Top Achievers Business team status, and propose appropriate solutions or escalation paths when necessary.
8. Update the Member Compensation Information Request (IR) RMA daily.
9. Complete all special projects assigned and related to Member Operations.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
• Accuracy in commission adjustment calculations.
• Reduction in manual processing time.
• Number of automated reports/dashboards implemented for precalculations and impacts for DS.
• Internal user satisfaction (Finance, Member Compensation, Member Services, MPC and local teams).
WHAT’S SPECIAL ABOUT THE TEAM:
Member Compensation GBS Department it is a global area assigned to make positive and negative adjustments to Distributors earnings, is highly audited by internal and external auditors to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, procedures, and adherence to customer regulations. The Member Compensation GBS team, will be accountable to ensure the department and company remains in compliance.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Skills:
Required
• Strong numerical skills, ability to work in multiple currencies, analytical thinking and attention to detail.
• Bi-lingual English/Spanish written/verbal communication
• High organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and in global environments with sensitivity to cultural diversity
• Understanding of multilevel incentive and compensation model.
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, complex formulas, macros desired).
• Knowledge of SQL, Power BI, Python, R or other data analysis tools.
Experience:
Required
• At least 3 years in similar roles in data analysis, within multilevel marketing companies, complex retail commission structures, or financial consulting.
• Experience with multilevel compensation systems (deep knowledge of the marketing plan worldwide)
• Proven ability to manage large data sets and perform detailed financial analysis.
Preferred
• Administrative or customer service experience
Education:
Required
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Data Science, Engineering, Actuarial Science, Mathematics, or related fields.
• Knowledge of the Herbalife Marketing Plan including P2C piece
