THE ROLE:
The Copywriter will be responsible for developing compelling and strategic content across multiple platforms within our in-house creative agency. This role focuses on crafting engaging copy for social media, Distributor-facing materials, and internal communications that connect with and motivate their intended audiences. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of brand voice, audience engagement, and messaging strategy, ensuring that all content aligns with business objectives and enhances overall communication efforts. This role requires creativity, adaptability, and the ability to collaborate closely with designers, marketers, and other stakeholders to bring ideas to life.
HOW YOU WOULD CONTRIBUTE:
• Develop engaging, on-brand copy for multiple social media assets, ensuring consistency in tone and messaging across platforms.
• Create compelling communication materials for Distributors, Preferred Members, and Consumers, including newsletters, promotional content, and product-related messaging.
• Write clear and impactful internal communication pieces to support employee initiatives, such as emails, announcements, and campaign materials.
• Collaborate with designers, video editors, proofers, and project managers to develop cohesive and visually appealing creative assets while ensuring industry best practices are implemented.
• Adapt messaging for different audiences, platforms, and formats while maintaining brand guidelines and strategic objectives.
• Stay informed on industry trends and audience preferences to continually refine copy effectiveness.
• Ensure all copy is clear, engaging, and aligned with the Herbalife brand voice and philosophy.
• Develop a strong understanding of the Herbalife Brand as it relates to all relevant audiences.
SKILLS AND BACKGROUND REQUIRED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:
• Bilingual English-Spanish (must)
• Minimum 3 years of experience in copywriting, content creation, or a related field, preferably within
an in-house creative team or agency setting.
• Proven track record of developing engaging content for social media, internal communications,
and marketing materials.
• Strong understanding of brand voice, tone, and messaging strategies across different audiences
and platforms.
• Experience collaborating with designers, marketers, and cross-functional teams to create cohesive and impactful content.
• Familiarity with publishing content for social media platforms (e.g., Meta, Instagram, TikTok) and using social media management tools such as Sprinklr, Hootsuite, or Sprout Social.
• Excellent grammar and proofreading capabilities with extreme detail-oriented skills
• Proficiency with the MS Office suite, including Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
Education
• Bachelor degree (BA or BS) in Marketing, Communication, Advertising or a related field.
