POSITION SUMMARY STATEMENT:

 

Provide business analytics by conducting organizational studies and evaluations of internal and external data to aid in decision-making. Serve to provide with business information, key indicators, reports and data; prepare MPC reports/dashboards to assist management to better operate and decision taken. Measurement of the key elements of the business and distribute them appropriately as required.

 

DETAILED RESPONSIBILITIES: 

 

  1. Provide business analytics to support and analyze information in order to make recommendations to MPC Management.
  2. Design relevant analysis for Management decision taking. 
  3. Conduct work simplifications and measurement studies to assist management in operating more efficiently and effectively. 
  4. Prepare and create more effective route planning for visiting Nutrition Clubs to assist Ambassadors in operating more efficiently and effectively. 
  5. Provide Members and Customer behavior profiles and charts.
  6. Prepare information for auditing process to better operate award validation and recognition.
  7. Measure the impact of the Communication and execution of campaign management tools.
  8. Conduct Nutrition Clubs satisfaction reviews via email, phone calls, etc… to survey Members experience while receiving an Ambassador visit.  Plan, implement, and complete quality scorecards within a reasonable amount of time
  9. Streamline analysis for the purpose of improving procedures / processes. Prepare operations and procedures manuals to assist management in operating more efficiently and effectively. 
  10. Interact and communicate professionally with various departments, Members and customers.
  11. Exalt and protect Herbalife’s reputation through partnerships with Members so that their messages are consistent with the company’s.
  12. Support and participate on trainings and other corporate activities.
  13. Be Herbalized, promote and inspire Herbalife culture with all Members, colleagues and any other external customer / other in every interaction.
  14. Build a connection, to be authentic and genuine in every interaction whether with Members or co-workers to better support and guide them.
  15. Be a coach, Share what can be done and how it can be done; always search for a positive solution.

Job Qualifications

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

 

  • Experience with a Business Intelligence software (MicroStrategy, Tableau)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong customer and results orientation
  • High degree of flexibility in order to function under varied time-lines and adapt as the external environment and organization evolve
  • Sensitivity, open-mindedness and flexibility
  • Self-assurance and ability to work in a structured way 
  • Good judgment, time-management skills, and creativity are other desirable qualities.

Languages

  • Advanced in English 90 - 100%

 

Experience:

  • A minimum of three to five years of work-related skill, knowledge, or experience is needed. Direct Sales industry experience is beneficial / preferred.
  • Statistical knowledge and Experience in Business Analytics.
  • Proficiency in Excel. Knowledge of other programming languages is a plus (SQL, R)
  • Experience in multi-level marketing
  • Experience working in BA team
  • Marketing Plan, Rules of Conduct experience

 

Education:

  • College/University Degree
  • Advance English 90 - 100%
