POSITION SUMMARY STATEMENT:
Provide business analytics by conducting organizational studies and evaluations of internal and external data to aid in decision-making. Serve to provide with business information, key indicators, reports and data; prepare MPC reports/dashboards to assist management to better operate and decision taken. Measurement of the key elements of the business and distribute them appropriately as required.
DETAILED RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide business analytics to support and analyze information in order to make recommendations to MPC Management.
- Design relevant analysis for Management decision taking.
- Conduct work simplifications and measurement studies to assist management in operating more efficiently and effectively.
- Prepare and create more effective route planning for visiting Nutrition Clubs to assist Ambassadors in operating more efficiently and effectively.
- Provide Members and Customer behavior profiles and charts.
- Prepare information for auditing process to better operate award validation and recognition.
- Measure the impact of the Communication and execution of campaign management tools.
- Conduct Nutrition Clubs satisfaction reviews via email, phone calls, etc… to survey Members experience while receiving an Ambassador visit. Plan, implement, and complete quality scorecards within a reasonable amount of time
- Streamline analysis for the purpose of improving procedures / processes. Prepare operations and procedures manuals to assist management in operating more efficiently and effectively.
- Interact and communicate professionally with various departments, Members and customers.
- Exalt and protect Herbalife’s reputation through partnerships with Members so that their messages are consistent with the company’s.
- Support and participate on trainings and other corporate activities.
- Be Herbalized, promote and inspire Herbalife culture with all Members, colleagues and any other external customer / other in every interaction.
