POSITION SUMMARY STATEMENT:
The AHROG will be directly responsible for providing first line services, transactional and operational deliveries of the HR GBS, as well as for ensuring the follow-up, output, quality, and efficiency of all the activities assigned to it via Service Now or any other media or form that its management determine.
The AHROG will ensure to reach and meet the Service Partnership Agreements (SPAs) for all the processes within its reach for either internal customers & partners, that could include services across Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Employee Data Management, and Employee Administration, as well as to maintain the highest standards of compliance on the key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics across all HR transactional services.
