THE ROLE:

The Public Affairs Analyst will provide administrative support for the Herbalife Family Foundation (HFF), Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), and Public Affairs initiatives. This role involves maintaining and managing HFF databases, overseeing the submission and follow-up of purchase processes, and ensuring the smooth operation of key administrative tasks. Given its close interaction with the sales force, a strong sense of organization, responsibility, and service-oriented attitude is essential for success


HOW YOU WOULD CONTRIBUTE:

•    Maintain and oversee HFF databases to ensure accuracy and organization.
•    Support administrative tasks related to CSR and Public Affairs programs.
•    Handle submission and follow-up of purchase processes efficiently.
•    Assist with document control and reporting requirements.
•    Ensure compliance with internal processes and guidelines.
•    Provide coordination and logistical support for relevant initiatives.
•    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support Public Affairs objectives.
•    Adapt and learn internal applications and processes to improve workflow efficiency.

Job Qualifications

SKILLS AND BACKGROUND REQUIRED TO BE SUCCESSFUL: 

•    Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, or similar applications.
•    Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
•    Service-oriented mindset with excellent interpersonal skills.
•    Ability to learn and adapt to internal processes and applications.
•    Effective communication skills in Spanish and English.
•    2-3 years experience in administrative support, preferably in a corporate or non-profit setting.

Education
•     Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
