Overview

Position Summary

 

General

 

Capture orders from Associates and guide them to achieve the best results from Herbalife products and services.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Capture and track orders from Associates via telephone, showing empathy and good service.
  • Document any adverse event reported by an Associate or Customer and continue the corresponding process to ensure follow-up by GMPSS.
  • Provide information on promotions, events, and new products to Associates.
  • Guide Associates to achieve the best results from the company's products and services.
  • Reactivate accounts of associates who request it via telephone.

Processes and Controls

  • Follow the corresponding Orders processes and procedures.
  • Correctly code cases in HCM for timely follow-up and reporting.

Interact with the Associate Relations, Order Support, and GMPSS areas.

 

Position Profile:

 

Skills/Education/Experience:

  • Technical degree and/or completed high school.
  • One year of customer service experience.
  • Outstanding customer service attitude.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Email, Internet.
  • Ability to solve problems and perform tasks delegated by the supervisor.
  • Results-oriented.
  • Ability to interact with all levels of the organization.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in Spanish and English.
  • Teamwork.
